Only had the dealer replace fog lights on my 2022 A4 Prem+ with the HOEN "whiter" color-matched bulbs. Asked them to make clean the inside of the fog light lenses at the same fourth dimension as they are all "fogged-up" and filmy. When I picked up the car the dealer said in that location was no mode of cleaning them. Somehow I believe there must be an easy fashion of getting to the inside of the lens to make clean them. The new bulbs look so much better but the cloudy lenses look horrible.

Hope y'all don't blame me for saying, merely i promise yous had a skilful reason to let your dealer do the bulb replacement. Considering if y'all can't do that yourself, i'yard affraid cleeaning them won't exist a task for yourself :p.
All jokes bated, information technology is possible.
Have out the foggrill covers.
Remove the three bolts that hold the fogunit.
Unplug the ability cable of the fog.
Remove the bulb by turning and pulling information technology.
Take some paper tissue on a small stick or something simular and make clean the inner side of the lense.
Might want to exit the foglight unit open up and go along it overnight in a hot place so any moisture/water can vaporate.
-> Reverse the above and install them back in.

I never had fogged-upwards stock fogs, but maybe yous desire to put some silicone between the lense and housing. I had to do that aswell with my skoda led fogs. After driving throught a few rainy days the foghouse was nearly ane/4 filled with h2o . Later dissembling it and cleaning it all and kit upwardly the lens-housing, they are now dry and still fully working.

I cleaned it with the method mentioned above.
I am going to try it from the bicycle well liner next time.
My fog grills will non exist able to take another removal.

I bought led fogs bulbs that are mistake free and less oestrus.
Let's see if that helps with frosting.

Is it easy to remove foggrill? If I break information technology, it perchance a adept alibi to get a new foggrill with the fog band. :D

I am getting a bulb out on the correct fog only when my low beams are on.
So they are non 100% fault free.
Waiting to hear back from HID Concepts.

Manner too much work mentioned hither! I simply dropped the plastic cover underneath the engine - like a sideslip plate plastic cover thing - 3 bolts on each side and iii under the splitter. So you can reach right up into the fog light area, pull the bulb/s out and Then put some soft cloth material (rip upwards an former shirt or towel) put that on the stop of a pocket-sized metal stick (so it won't bend) and then push button through the bulb opening and make clean the lens. Information technology takes some fourth dimension and endeavor But I did mine and they expect 100% better.

Yes, you can do the aforementioned through the fender liner method also.
Forget messing with the fog grilles.
They are just too easy to break.
