Hello Greg, I tried the options from Dave above to no avail. I'one thousand going try your options for booting from an ISO image. All the same, Microsoft says I will need the serial number for my version of windows. It's not printed on the automobile and it was upgraded from 7 to ten. Is there a way in any of the advanced options kicking menu from Dave noted above that will permit me to see the Windows series number, peradventure via a command prompt lawmaking or something?
FYI "Rubber Fashion" would not kick either, otherwise I'd get it that way.

FYI, none of these solitions worked. However. After one last attempt at the "Difficult shuttdown" repair mode, I turned the wifi switch back on. This time, afterwards about thirty minutes of "Please Await" and spinning dots, I was restarted with a full up to engagement version of Windows 10. I'm back! Thank you for your assist.
